Exchanges and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products that every one is made to order with specific personalisation details it is not possible to return your product because you changed your mind.

Our aim is for every Customer to be 100% happy with their purchase but recognise that there may be reasons for a product being returned. We reserve the right to fully inspect any product before fully agreeing to any refund.

We will aim to resolve every issue where you as a Customer are not happy however we cannot be held responsible for the following :

  • Spelling mistakes on your order – please check and double check this before submitting your order
  • Caring for your product not in line with our care instructions
  • Accidental damage or loss
